Franklin Shanks’ core business since inception has been in the commercial tenant advisory and transaction space, providing innovative solutions to our clients’ real estate needs across Australia and abroad utilising our extensive global partnership network.

 

Our Tenant Representation services provides an end-to-end solution to our broad range of clients across industry sectors, ranging from small start-ups to well established multi-national corporates. We act as an outsourced real estate director, providing a conduit to the broader commercial market with all communications with landlords, agents and design and build partners through Franklin Shanks. For our larger client requirements, our in-house Project Management services provides a seamless transition into a new site or to update and refresh an existing site.

We specialise in listening to our client’s needs. We don’t take a ‘one size fits all’ approach to projects as each client will have a specific brief, which can change throughout the project. Our extensive contact base and relationships with key senior commercial, industrial, and retail landlord representatives, help us close out negotiations successfully. Each tenant – landlord relationship is individual, and we make sure that this relationship is positive from the start and remains open and collaborative through to lease exit or renegotiation for an additional term.
