I have seen first hand the evolution of the NDIS since its inception, and the incredible impact it has on peoples lives. My passion for disability services and 30+ years’ experience in property enables me to provide unmatched advice and insights into the Not For Profit (NFP) sector.

Throughout my life, I have been a strong advocate for equality, inclusive design, accessibility as well as the language around disability. Everyone needs a fair go. Creating property solutions that align an organisation’s current and future requirements is crucial to properly leveraging the resources NFPs have on hand. I provide strategies to drive that organisations’ services and growth as well as the detailed analysis to support the execution and implementation at the highest level.

Since 2010, I have been fortunate enough to work closely with a range of NFPs who turnover over between $30 Million to $500 Million per annum. No matter the size of the organisation, the business model must drive the property strategy, not the reverse.

I am also a sought after keynote speaker on topics of Resilience as a Person with Disability and Diversity & inclusion.

Personally, my wife and I love to travel with our two teenage children. In the past 15 years, we’ve visited over 24 countries, including Africa, China, India, the usual parts of Europe and East Asia. As soon as those planes power up again, we’re off to explore some more of this marvellous world. As a keen marksman, and in my younger years, a NSW and Australian representative, I’m also keen to encourage participation in competitive sports for disabled persons.
