Janice joined Franklin Shanks in 2025, bringing with her a strong academic background and a passion for real estate. She has completed a Master of Property Investment and Development at Western Sydney University, equipping her with both educational and practical expertise.

Janice’s experience spans both Australia and China. In China, she worked across the marketing and consulting departments of real estate companies, gaining hands-on exposure to sales strategy, project planning, and market integration.

She also holds a Master of International Business from the University of Sydney, which developed her skills in strategic planning and cross-cultural communication.

At Franklin Shanks, Janice works across the portfolio strategy, operations, and execution teams, supporting a broad range of client and project needs.
